IT +46 and the Free telephony project are participating in the Third Global Knowledge Conference, held in Kuala Lumpur 11-13 of December 2007. Representing the International Development Research Centre, the team will demonstrate the use of low-power, cost-efficient VoIP infrastructure for the developing world.
